Daily Rates:
January 2, 2012 to December 20, 2012 - $550 per night with daily maid service (which is required)  
December 20, 2012 to January 3, 2013 - $750 per night with daily maid service (which is required)
January 4, 2013 to December 18, 2013 - $595 per night with daily maid service (which is required)
Rates are subject to change without notice.

All Rates are subject to a 13.42% Hawaii state tax and a 5% resort fee.

Minimum Stay:

3 nights
Christmas holiday 2 weeks

Check-In and Check-Out:

3 PM Check-In
11 AM Check-Out

Occupancy:

Maximum occupancy is 4 (Including children but excluding an infant)

Deposits:

Two nights non-refundable deposit, inclusive of tax 
For the Chirstmas holiday period, a four night non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax.

Remaining Balance:

The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.
For the Christmas holiday period the balance is due on September 1^st

Cancellation: 

With 72 hours or more notification there is a two night cancellation fee.
With less than 72 hours notification there is no refund.
For the Christmas period if cancelled on or before August 31^st, forfeit four nights deposit  plus 4% sales tax. If the cancellation occurs on or after September 1^st, there is no refund
