Daily Rates:
December 17, 2007 to December 18, 2008 - $595 per night with daily maid service
December 18, 2008 to January 2, 2009 - $715 per night with daily maid service
January 3, 2009 to April 4, 2009 - $625 per night with daily maid service
April 5, 2009 to April 19, 2009 - $715 per night with daily maid service
April 20, 2009 to December 14, 2009 - $625 per night with daily maid service
You may reserve dates in 2009; however, the 3 night deposit will not be required earlier than 18 months
from the date of the reservation.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
All Rates are subject to an 11.42% Hawaii state tax and a 5% resort fee..
Minimum Stay:
3 nights
14 nights for reservations between December 14, 2008 to January 3, 2009
Check-In and Check-Out:
3 PM Check-In
11 AM Check-Out
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 4 (Including children but excluding an infant)
Deposits:
A 3 night deposit is required within 5 days to confirm the reservation.
Full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
A handling fee of $100.00 will be assessed for cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
If the reservation is canceled within 15 days of the reservation date and the space is not
re-rented, all payments will be forfeited.
