Daily Rates:
January 4, 2010 to December 19, 2010 - $550 per night with daily maid service
December 20, 20010 to December 29, 2010 - $750 per night with daily maid
service
December 30, 2010 to March 31, 2011 - $550 per night with daily maid service
Rates are subject to change without notice.
All Rates are subject to a
12.42% Hawaii state tax and a 5% resort fee.
Minimum Stay:
3 nights

Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 4 (Including children but excluding an infant)
Deposits:
A 3 night deposit is required within 5 days to confirm the
reservation.
Full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
A handling fee of
$100.00 will be assessed for cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
If the reservation is canceled within 15 days of the reservation date and the space is not
re-rented, all payments will be
forfeited.
